About Us
On 17.02.2025 Hon'ble NCLT appointed Mr Vinod Tarachand Agrawal ( VCAN Resolve IPE LLP) as IRP in replacement of earlier IRP of M/s Sequel Buildcon Private Limited.
On 25.07.2023 Hon'ble NCLAT direct for reverse CIRP where construction shall be carried out with the cooperation of the Suspended Director
Moratorium U/s 14 of IBC has been declared. Now the affairs, business, management,
projects and properties related to M/S Sequel Buildcon Pvt Ltd, would be managed by
IRP, as per IBC.
As per the IBC Laws, Public Announcement has already been made on 19.06.2023, and
published on the website of IBBI and this website.
